At present, she is recognized in the top one percent of all Realtors in Central Florida. Chocky has two sons in college - one at Florida State University and one at Rollins College. She is also a member of Council 101 which supports the Orlando Museum of Art.

Steve was one of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty's top sales and listing executives, winning rookie of the year in 2002 and numerous top sales, listing and Chairman's Club awards. As the Senior Vice President of Sales for Ultimate Escapes Luxury Destination Clubs, he has been instrumental in its success. In just five short years Ultimate Escapes has grown to be the second largest Destination Club in the world with over 1,200 Club members and close to $200,000,000 in real estate assets. Steve's other passion is the Sharing Hope Foundation and TeamJanice.com which he founded in 2005 to support the fight against brain cancer and ALS.

Having grown up in a household of nine, KC understands the importance of family values. Her parents and six siblings have lived in the Orlando area since 1989. She attended Dr. Phillips High School and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Education. She has served as the children's ministry director in a local church and has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years.
